Pursuant to the April 23, 2008 standing order by the Honorable Barbara
M. Quinn, Chief Court Administrator, I hereby order the transfer of
administrative appeals of state agency decisions filed pursuant to
General Statutes §§ 4-166 et seq. and 4-183 of the Uniform
Administrative Procedure Act, except for appeals from decisions of
employment security review board (which appeals will continue to be
heard in the judicial district where they are filed), to the Tax and
Administrative Appeals Session in New Britain. Pending appeals shall be
transferred immediately and new appeals shall be transferred upon
filing.
