2.4-7 Judicial Notice
Revised to January 1, 2008
You may have observed that (an exhibit
/ a fact), namely, <identify exhibit / fact>, was received as part of the
evidence after the court was asked to take what is called "judicial notice" of
it. The effect of my having taken judicial notice of <identify exhibit /
fact> is that you are to treat <identify exhibit / fact> as
established without proof of that fact being presented to you.
