MECHANICAL OVERHEARING OF A CONVERSATION
"Mechanical
overhearing of a conversation" means the intentional overhearing or
recording of a conversation or discussion, without the consent of at
least one party thereto, by a person not present thereat, by means of
any instrument, device or equipment.
