The Office of Victim Services (OVS) Victim Compensation Program has a long and proud history of helping victims of violent crimes and their family members recover from the financial impact of the crime.
Financial help includes paying for the crime-related medical, mental health, dental, funeral, and other bills and expenses that are not covered or eligible to be covered by collateral sources, such as:
