FROM THE NORTH:
(Merritt Parkway):
Take the Merritt Parkway southbound to Exit 52. On the exit, bear toward
your left (Route 8 South). Keep to your left and follow the signs to
Route 8 South, toward Bridgeport. Follow directions listed below for
Route 8.
FROM THE NORTH
(Route 8):
Take Route 8 southbound to Exit 3 (Main Street). On the exit, keep
toward your left (Main Street South). At the end of the exit, proceed
straight onto Main Street. At the third traffic light, turn right onto
Golden Hill Street. The courthouse will be on your right—the large,
brick building.
FROM THE NORTH
(I-95):
Take I-95 southbound to Exit 27A. You will now be on the Route 25/8
Connector. Bear toward your right and take Exit 2. At the end of the
exit, proceed straight at the traffic light onto Golden Hill Street. Go
through one stop sign. The courthouse will be on your left—the large,
brick building.
FROM THE SOUTH
(Merritt Parkway):
Take the Merritt Parkway northbound to Exit 49S (Route 25 South,
Bridgeport). Follow directions listed above for Route 8.
FROM THE SOUTH
(I-95):
Take I-95 northbound to Exit 27A. You will now be on the Route 25/8
Connector. Bear toward your right and take Exit 2. At the end of the
exit, proceed straight at the traffic light onto Golden Hill Street. Go
through one stop sign. The courthouse will be on your left—the large,
brick building.
PARKING:
Public parking is not available at the courthouse. There is very limited
metered parking on Golden Hill Street across from the courthouse. There
are also several private parking lots and garages in the area.
Wheelchair Access
to the Bridgeport GA 2 courthouse is located on the left side of
the building. The entrance is staffed by a Judicial Marshal
during regular business hours.
