Directions:

Directions from I-84 West: Take the Asylum Avenue Exit. At the light, make a right turn onto Asylum Avenue and follow to the first light. Make a left turn onto Broad Street. Follow straight past the Hartford Courant to Capitol Avenue. Make a left turn onto Capitol Avenue. The Supreme Court will be on your right hand side following the intersection with Oak Street.

From I-84 heading East: Take the Capitol Avenue exit. The Supreme Court is located across the street, to your left, at the corner of Capitol Avenue and Oak Street.

From I-91 North or South: Take the Capitol Area Exit. You will come to a circle, travel halfway around to Elm Street. Go to the end of Elm Street, you are now facing the Capitol Building. Take a left onto Trinity Street. Stay in the right lane. At your first light, go straight onto Capitol Avenue. The Supreme Court is on the left, directly across from the State Capitol (gold dome).

Parking: Metered parking is available on both sides of Lafayette Street and Washington Street. A public parking garage is available at 21 Oak Street.

to the Supreme Court can be found in the rear of the building, accessible from the staff parking lot between Lafayette and Oak streets. There are a limited number of handicap parking spots in the gated staff lot, which is accessible from Oak Street. Use the intercom at the gate to speak to security about the availability of parking. Once at the accessible door, use the intercom to request entry from security.
