Plaintiff Counsel and Plaintiffs Appearing Pro Se

Plaintiff counsel and plaintiffs appearing pro se are advised that if after the filing of a default motion but prior to the issuance of a default or the scheduling of a hearing in damages, the defendant files an appearance, it shall be the responsibility of the plaintiff to notify the defendant that this matter has been assigned to the BPP by sending a copy of Standing Order No.1 by first class mail (or service pursuant to P. B. Sec. 10-13) at the address provided on the Appearance form. The plaintiff shall then forthwith forward certification (P.B. Sec. 10-14) to the BPP Officer in the Civil Caseflow Office.
