decision of a judge, the proper remedy is to appeal
the decision. Please see the Handbook of
Appellate Procedures. If you disagree with
the decision of a family support magistrate, the
proper remedy is to appeal the decision within 14
days to a superior court judge. Please contact the
court clerk's office or visit the judicial branch
website for a copy of the appeal form JD-FM-111.

particular judge or family support magistrate, please write a letter detailing your
