2.9-6 Restrictions on Deliberations
Revised to January 1, 2008
You must not discuss the case unless
all members of the jury are present.
You will take the usual breaks and
luncheon recess, but you must not discuss the case in twos or threes during
those breaks. You can deliberate only when all six of you are together in the
jury deliberation room. This is important. We have had cases that had to be
tried all over again because this rule was violated, so please be very careful
not to discuss the case with your fellow jurors except when all of you are
together deliberating.
