INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED PERSON

"Intellectually disabled person" means any person with intellectual disability, as defined in section 1-1g. 

SourceGeneral Statutes 53a-320 (5) (applies to Part XXVI:  Abuse of Elderly, Blind, Disabled or Intellectually Disabled Persons, 53a-320 -- 53a-323).
